What a process pays back

Put in the hours, the cost of an hour, and the build budget. You get the monthly benefit, the payback, ROI, NPV and IRR. The math runs in rubles. The screen shows the currency you pick.

Rates are fixed at 3 October 2026 and do not update themselves. The dollar and the euro are the Bank of Russia daily fixing: 1 USD = 83.4839 RUB, 1 EUR = 94.3201 RUB. The peso is not in that file, so ARS is crossed through the dollar: 1 USD = 1523.0868 ARS.

Monthly benefit is hours times the cost of an hour, plus the extra income, minus the monthly running cost. Payback is the one-time budget divided by that benefit. ROI over the horizon is the benefit across every month, minus the budget, divided by the budget. TCO is the budget plus the running cost across the horizon. NPV discounts the same benefit month by month. IRR looks for the rate that brings NPV to zero. The cumulative figure counts the saving from month one. The source calculator spreads the build across the development months on a chart. That chart is not on this page, and these figures do not depend on it. The result is not a quote.
